MS-30L is specially designed equipment in aging, testing and sorting process for SNAP-IN type Aluminium Electrolytic Capacitor. Which model can be improved the producing capacity, quality, working conditions and time waste distinguished with old type or currently existed modes.

Now I am pleased to introduce on our aging, testing and sorting equipment to use for snap-in type A1 E-Cap producing. Especially these equipment, MS-30L is all of aging & sorting conditions are controlled by computer perfectly which automatically recorded and analyzed the data on the process. The lot change also be pursued by computer easily.

All of this equipment actuation is treated mechanically by CAM exclude pneumatic power to minimize mis-operation and maintenance cost and increase producing rate which will be make the working condition to be a silence too. Our equipment is designed for the high measuring accuracy and high sorting capacity in spite of various capacitoer inside defectiveness.
